Strength for Life is a specially designed program for those aged 50+ that combines regular strength and balance training under the supervision of accredited fitness professionals. This low-risk activity helps you stay active, maintain independence, and improve overall health. No matter your age or physical condition, muscle strength can be regained and sustained with the right training.

DURATION: 1 hour

FOCUS: Tailored strength and cardio training to suit your needs

KEY FEATURES: Welcoming and supportive space with friendly instructors here to guide you every step of the way

LOCATION: Conveniently located at the AU Fitness Hub North Terrace, with plenty of nearby cafes and restaurants to relax after your session

GETTING HERE: There are metered parking spots available across Victoria Drive. The gym is easily accessible via public transport, including train, tram, and bus along North Terrace.

  • To begin your Strength for Life journey:

    • Contact our friendly customer service team to schedule your mandatory initial health assessment. This assessment 

    • kick-starts your personalised fitness program. Initial health assessments are priced at $40.00.

    Once assessed, our experienced instructors will assess your goals and guide you through your tailored fitness program.

  • After your initial health assessment, payment options include:

    • $9.50 per visit

    • $85.00 for a SFL 10-visit pass

    • Explore membership options for full facility gym & group fitness class access including Yoga and Pilates.
